Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your furniture. If something isn’t right, here’s exactly how returns, exchanges, and warranties work at Cozy & Rustic. Please read this policy carefully, as some items are final sale.

Returns on Sofas, Sectionals & Chairs

You may return sofas, sectionals, and chairs within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following:

  • A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns.
  • A $150 revisit/pickup fee applies if we need to pick the item up and you are unable to bring it back to the store.
  • Items must be returned free of damage and stains. Returns from pet-friendly homes are welcome — the restocking fee covers cleaning and sanitizing.
  • Original packaging is not required.

Returns are inspected upon arrival. Once inspected and approved, your refund is issued to the original payment method.

Mattresses

  • 120-Night Comfort Guarantee: If your mattress isn’t the right fit, you’re entitled to one reselect within 120 nights of delivery. Mattresses are not eligible for return or refund.
  • A mattress protector must be used on the mattress. For health and sanitary reasons, a mattress that is stained, soiled, or used without a protector is not eligible for the comfort guarantee or reselect.
  • 10-Year Warranty: Mattresses are covered by a 10-year manufacturer warranty against defects. This is separate from the 120-night comfort guarantee.

Minnesota Rustic Collection

Every piece in the Minnesota Rustic Collection is made to order, so these items are not eligible for return or refund.

  • Lifetime Warranty: The Minnesota Rustic Collection is backed by a lifetime warranty against defects.

Custom & Special Orders

Anything custom — including custom fabrics, special-order configurations, and other made-to-order pieces — is non-returnable and non-refundable.

Because these pieces are made specifically for you, cancellations are handled as follows:

  • Within 48 hours of placing your order: Full refund.
  • After 48 hours, before production begins: Refund, less a 10% cancellation fee.
  • Once the item is in production: Fully non-refundable.

Floor Models & As-Is Items

Floor models and items sold “as-is” are final sale — no returns or refunds.

Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, let us know and we’ll make it right. We’ll repair or replace the item with no additional delivery or pickup fee — the restocking and revisit fees do not apply to defects.

How Refunds Work

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Refunds are processed after the returned item has been inspected.
  • Restocking, revisit/pickup, and cancellation fees are deducted from the refund where applicable.
